Refund Policy

At the Institute of Management and Skills Training (IMST), we strive to provide high-quality educational services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• If IMST cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students are entitled to a full refund of the course fees.
• If a student withdraws from a course within the first 7 days of enrollment, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
• If a student withdraws after the first 7 days but before the course starts, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

• If a student withdraws from a course after it has started, except in exceptional circumstances.
• If a student is dismissed from the course due to a violation of IMST's Code of Conduct.
• If a student fails to meet the course requirements or prerequisites.

Refund Process

To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the IMST administration within the eligible time frame. The request should include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
